We have now added a safe search feature which you will find on your account page. This allows you to hide or view explicit images.

Soon we will be adding a new series of Photosymbols featuring people in various states of undress, including completely naked. This is something we’ve been working on for some time in order to create better images to talk about anything to do with the body. Things like anatomy, pain charts and sex education.

Switch safe search on and you will hide the images with full nudity but include the same bodies with underwear. Switch it off and you will see more explicit images.

Safe search will allow us to tackle more difficult and sensitive topics for those who need this kind of content, while giving the option to avoid seeing those images as well.
