Our subscription packages and downloads are classed as digital products under EU law. The purchase of these digital products is a final purchase which means that no refunds can be issued for any reason, except where our software is found to have been defective. 

You should therefore ensure that the digital product matches your requirements before you purchase. The content and information of all digital products is clearly stated, however if you are unsure about any digital product you should ask us before you make your purchase.

A refund will be made only if there has been an error on our part or if the product software is found to be defective.

This policy is in line with consumer protection for online digital products.

How do I grant licenses to my teammates?

You don't need tokens to create or edit drafts. Tokens are only used when you unlock your finished document to share it. Unlocking removes the watermark, creates a shareable link, and gives you every format at once. You can top up your account anytime you need from our token page.

Are there any rules about who I can grant a license to?

No, your tokens stay safely in your account until you use them — they don’t expire.

It isn't working when I try to add a user - why might this be?

You can download your Easy Read pack in different formats, including A4 PDF, mobile-friendly version, web version, and audio. You can also share direct links by email, text, or add them to your website.

One of my License Holders has left the organisation - can I transfer their license to somebody else?

Yes. If you work in the same organisation and share the same email domain (for example, @charity.org.uk), you can share tokens across your team.

I'm trying to delete a user but it isn't working - why might this be?
