A lot of NHS and other workers are using the 5 Steps to mental wellbeing framework to support people to have a better life. Many of us are also aware of the importance of looking after our wellbeing in general. It’s often talked about on the radio and on television.
We have just released our first set of pictures about wellbeing into the library. These are based on the 5 steps of connecting, being active, learning new skills, paying attention and giving. We’re currently making some other pictures about mental health to go with these which will be arriving in February.
