Do you offer discounts for charities?
We don't offer a standard charity discount, as many charities are larger than we are. However, if you're a small group run by disabled people or people with a learning disability, please get in touch – we may be able to help.
What are your payment terms?
We offer 30-day payment terms as standard, giving your finance team time to arrange payment. Your account is active as soon as your order is placed.
Do I need to pay VAT?
UK customers pay standard UK VAT at 20%. Consumers in the EU pay VAT at the rate applicable in their own country.
What's the Extended Use licence for?
If you create Easy Read materials for other organisations to publish - for example, if you're a freelancer or agency making materials for clients, or a larger organisation creating documents for partner organisations or local groups - you'll need an Extended Use Add-On Licence. This applies whether you charge for the work or not. It can be added to any Photo Library, EasyMaker, or Bundle subscription for the fixed price of £3,500. Get in touch for details.
What if I need more than 25 users?
For organisations needing 50 or more users, we offer Enterprise pricing with volume discounts and features like a Licence Manager with optional Auto Enrolment. Get in touch and we'll prepare a tailored quote.
