Internal Use Licence
This subscription covers materials for your own organisation's use. If you create Easy Read content for sale or for use by other organisations, you'll need our Extended Use Add-On — get in touch and we'll explain how it works.
Account Security
Each login is personal and non-transferable. Team members should not share their credentials with others outside the subscription.
Subscription and Renewal
Your subscription runs for 12 months. We'll send a reminder before it's due for renewal.
Good to know: If your subscription ends, downloaded images can no longer be used. However, any Easy Read materials you created while subscribed can continue to be used and shared.
